1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the relationship between Citeance (an Alfi Technology company) and the natural or legal persons who use the citeance.com and citeance.online services.
2. Nature of the service
Citeance is an analysis service that measures brand visibility by sending queries to third-party AI platforms. Generative AI systems are not deterministic; the same query can produce different results at different times. Reports therefore reflect what was observed at the moment of measurement and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.
Citeance is not the official business partner or representative of any AI platform. Platform names are used for identification purposes only.
3. User obligations
- You are responsible for the security of your account details.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Uses that place an automated load on the system or disrupt the service are prohibited.
- You may not resell the data obtained through the platform to third parties (client reporting on the Agency plan does not fall within this scope).
4. Intellectual property
The platform software, the methodology, the scoring model and the site content belong to Citeance. The brand data you enter and the reports you produce belong to you; Citeance uses them only to provide the service.
5. Limitation of liability
Citeance does not undertake that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from commercial decisions taken on the basis of the analysis results. Our liability is in any event limited to the service fee you paid over the last three months.
6. Termination
You can end your subscription at any time. In the event of a breach of these terms, Citeance may suspend or terminate the service.
7. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to these terms. In the event of a dispute, the [city] Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
