1. Scope
This policy covers the processing of the data collected through citeance.com and citeance.online, both operated by Citeance (an Alfi Technology company). By using our services, you accept this policy.

3. What we do not collect
- We do not store your payment card details on our servers; they are processed through the payment infrastructure provider.
- We do not ask for special categories of personal data.
- We do not use customer brand data to train models.
4. Security
Your data is encrypted with TLS in transit. Access permissions are role-based and granted on the principle of least privilege. Integration credentials are stored encrypted. Even so, we note that no system can provide absolute security.
5. Third-party services
We work with hosting, email, analytics, error tracking and AI providers. These providers access only the data the service requires. Current list: [to be completed].
6. Changes
When this policy is changed, the update date is revised with it; for significant changes, registered users are informed by email.
